Garden items cannot be rotated by Shift + Right-clicking them. They should be able to be rotated. This makes interior and exterior decoration nearly impossible.
1. Buy a house
2. Place an item, such as a chair or herb garden, in the interior or exterior of the house
3. Shift + Right Click the item.
4. The item will not rotate.
Make Shift + Right Click actually rotate items. That's all.
I bought a house, I paid for garden items, and then I tried to Shift + Right Click garden items, and they won't rotate.
