The instant stat debuffs in the Painworking line are breaking mezz. Instant stat debuffs are not supposed to break mezz.
1. Have someone mezz an enemy player
2. Use the str/con debuff on the enemy
3. See that the mezz is broken
Set the debuffs in Necromancers Painworking line to not break CC matching other instant debuffs.
Many forum posts throughout the years explaining what does and does not break mezz. Instant stat debuffs do NOT break mezz vs players.
