I finally got my crafted drum and I've made 3 trips to the relic keep and 1 trip to housing and my drum is already at 98% condition. There is no way this right... I am going to have to carry around a spare drum which I never had to do on live.
1. Just use your drum while zoning around the cities
2. keep an eye on the con
3. watch it drop in no time
There is no way it should be dropping this high or you would see forum posts after forum posts about making sure to keep a spare drum for running around our homelands. At this rate this drum could be 70% in less than a week.
I don't have any as nobody complained about drums dropping condition in the past back in the day.
It looks like Blue "fixed" condition on instruments not dropping con but this is madness.

Blue: "I think it safe to say that con drops on Uthgard. One issue in beta was that con of instruments didn't drop and what some comments seem to refer too. I assume that problem to be solved."
