A level 42 mob in frontier, the Curmudgeon Puggard dropped a level 9 Sleeve of Might +4 str loot.
Why is a level 42 mob dropping lowbie gear?
1. Kill mob a lot
2. check the loot table
3. one way or another, this mob is dropping lowbie gear and should not.
Fix the loot table.
This does not look like a RoG item, but maybe I'm wrong.
If it is RoG, then fix this mob camp.
It should not drop level 9 RoG gear.
A level 41 mob should not drop level 9 gear. That is plain enough to be sufficient evidence.
