I killed a mob and got an item with no stats but has features of a drop wearable item. Item has stats similar to other wearable drops but it's empty.
1. Go to Lough Gur
2. Kill a Gurite Assailer
3. Obtain bracelet of twistwd silver drop
You can either fix the stats or erase item from game.
