Can't find Dooben to complete Forged Excellence quest. I know this was reported in issue 2101 of July 2016 and was said to be invalid. However, I've been all around the slaver camp where it is supposed to spawn without finding Dooben. I've looked for Dooben all through out in-game times both day and night and have never seen it spawn.
1. Get quest Lady of the Lake, go try and do the Mini quest stage: Forged Excellence
2. Go to Slavers camp Salis plains to kill Dooben
3. see that he is not any where around there neither south or north, and day time dont matter
Make sure it spawns when it is supposed to and in proper location.
