Boots of Shielding power have the wrong stats. It is the only item in the 50 epic item set with a wrong stat. The boots should have +6 to ice spell lines, but they have +6% to cold resist.
1. Obtain level 50 epic items for Theurgist.
2. Look at the stats on the item.
3. Google the item and see that the only listing for it shows the stats are wrong.
Replace the 6% cold resist with the correct +6 to cold spells.
I have found no evidence that shows what is currently displayed as the stats on the Boots of Shielding Power as correct. The only information I have found is the linked picture showing it has the wrong stats.
