3613: Duel loss from necro servent melee causes RVR death

Description

Dueled a necro, let his pet melee me down. I didn't quick rez like I normally would from a duel loss. I typed /release and woke up at my bind location.

Reproduction Steps

1. /duel challenge to necro
2. sit and accept death from pet melee
3. wait for duel rez, forced to /release back to bind

Intended Behavior

I should get the duel quick rez after losing a duel.
