Equipped a lvl 40 necklace for a few levels and it did not lose any durability (i was level 10-14) trinkets, jewelry, bracers, rings, cloak, do not lose any durability even when conned purple.

2. Keep using them for a while the CON of the item will not go down
These items should lose con rapidly like other items.
