I want to log in, but cannot check "onfirm rules" box. read the server rules several times, but box stays inactive for more than 30 minutes now.
I'm not into any of computer mechanics, so i cannot answer that question properly
maybe an explanation why something doesn't work as intended, so someone like me can understand
