The Wicked Wulf Chain (neck from varulfhamn) seems to be without a resell price. if you shift+s it, you dont even get any message at all. It just poof on selling.
If you check what the NPC offer for it you get "isnt interessted in... "
but tbh when he isnt interessted, he should not buy it for nothing. you should not be able to sell it then.
so i think there is just a resellprice missing

1. get a wicked wulf chain from varulfhamn
2. take it and sell it to npc, so you see nothing happen, it just poof
3. check with another one, what the npc offer you
give the Wicked Wulf Chain a sellback price. Sadly this information is not to find in webarchive or whereever. But the most common items from there sell for around 5g
its not easy to find any sellback prices on the internet. But if an npc isnt interessted in any item, he normal behave, that he dont buy it.
So i would assume, the neck is missing a sellback price
