Pristine frosty bear pelt (trash item) dropped by frost bound bears in Raumarik comes in two variants. One sells for 11g25s86c and the other for 10g43s2c. They also don't stack together.
Drop a few of them (very low drop rate, might take some time), notice how some don't stack together, sell them.
I don't remember any item having different variants but the same name. This may be an error from the base game but if that isn't the case, only one variant should exist.
