After mezzing a player of an enemy realm, I casted instant str/con debuff on him, and it broke the mez
1. Log on an eldritch with str/con debuff
2. Mez an enemy realm player
3. Stat debuff them
Stat debuff should not break mez's on players, whether or not they are resisted.
