3642: Hib sheereo hills missing staff "Dealrach Slatag"

Description

When checking for staffdrops i noticed that staff is totally missing.
It is the drop supposed to be for enchanters!
Its another example of poorly researched item on daoczam-database, so it seems :p
But i got other solid sources for this one. See evidence

Reproduction Steps

1. Log hib
2. Farm all named in sheereo hills
3. Ever heard of "Dealrach Slatag" ?!
4. Find evidence it should exist for 1.65

French server were part of the euro-daocserver and Patch 1.63 + 1.64 + 1.65 were patched at once at Feb 3. 2004 !

That means 4 days after the patches 1.63-1.65 hit EUlive that guy on the french forum know about the "Dealrach Slatag" and was looking for it... :>
