Hi,
Eluvium Pants dropped from Zephyrs in Cliffs of Moher have too high quality. The rest of the set is at 89%, only pants at 100% - also check the picture on ZAM not only the text.
1. Go the Cliffs of Moher kill either on of the Zephyrs (Greater, Lesser, Wraith)
2. Check the quality of the dropped item - 100%
3. Check the quality of the rest of the set and also the internet for sources (it should be 89%)
Fixing it by lowering the quality to 89% would be the way to go. Cheers.
