3658: open the client nothing happens after "checking Client"

Description

When I open the launcher from the website, it opens and does the patch but then gets stuck at "checking client" when the bar reaches 100% is then closes and the game does not open

Reproduction Steps

1. Log in
2. kill Uthgard client in task manager
3. try again still nothing

Intended Behavior

I would just hope that its a computer error I'm having or something with the firewall but I have checked the forums and cant figure it out, the game only opens randomly not every time I try.
