0366: Salvage level 25 bow gives level 51 material

Description

I salvaged a bow, level 25, Shining Matterbender Composite bow 8.0 dps. and it gave me 36 Duskwood(level51) instead of Heartwood(level25).

Reproduction Steps

1. find a level 25 staff or bow
2. salvage it
3. see the wood it gives, it should be heartwood, not duskwood.

Intended Behavior

change the item database for staff/bows that have this level and check the rest (so far i havent noticed anything similar from 1-20)

Evidence

Its a level 25 bow, its imbalanced to give me 35gold worth materials :)
