Ribbon of Flesh is a level 50 (AF100) item, but should be level 51 (AF102). Charge is also 20% slow vs the 40%, but this may be a custom change.
1. Kill Summoner Lossern
2. Get Ribbon of Flesh
3. Check stats.
Increase AF to 102 to make the item level 51, and double check charge value to see if 20% is the target.
