0367: lack of inventory space when recieving training weapon

Description

at level 4, when recieving a training weapon from viking trainer (Krek) in galplen, it says there is not enough room in inventory when only 1 and a half bags are full.

Reproduction Steps

1. log in
2. get to level 4
3. approach trainer and click on the highlighted text for a training weapon

Intended Behavior

weapon should drop regardless of inventory status, it should drop to the ground if inventory is full.
