This item drops off reincarnate orm, however the delve shows it as being a SHIELD item. A research on google shows this ring should be a bracer item.
1. Kill reincarnate orm
2. Loot the ring
3. Delve it, it's a shield.
Change item slot from shield to bracer. Ideally ring, I suppose... but it apparently is a bracer.
