Description

Anonymous players show up in RVR/PVE social news when they level up.

Reproduction Steps

1. Level up from 49 to 50
2. type /social
3. Level up from 1L1 to 1L2
4. type /social

Intended Behavior

Their status should not be displayed in the /social news.

Evidence

Social was added in 1.76, but anonymous players should remain anonymous to be consistent.
