I ignored a player named Kavv however, when crafting in jordheim I still saw his broadcasted message.
Ignore someone.
Have that someone broadcast a message.
See the message.
Ignored peoples broadcasted message should not be visible according to the ignore screen which specifically states that no say, emotes, tell and broadcasted messages will be displayed.
