3692: Hib: Missing badger easteregg ! (ofc low prio)

There exists a little easteregg on hib that seems to be missing on uth:p

2. find badgers
3. /say badger multiple times
4. find the easteregg!

Intended Behavior

Add the easteregg sometime in the future
