If you do the "The lost Relics" Quest, you will receive one cloak. But it has no collar skin, its looks like an normal unhooded cloak!
1. get the quest
2. do the quest
3. receive one of the cloaks with the wrong skin!
just replace the skin with the right one and everybody is happy with thad.
