When I log out fully buffed as a Shaman and log back in, all my concentration buffs are still loaded on me (which is good). However, Lesser Earth Invigoration, while still shown as being active, did not actually regenerate any endurance.
I do not know that if this is the same for other levels of the endurance regeneration buff, nor if it is a bug with other realms' endurance buffs.
This is only an issue when the buff is already applied when I logged. If I click off the buff and reapply, it works fine.
1. Buff yourself with Lesser Earth Invigoration
2. Log Out
3. Log In
4. Sprint until your endurance runs out
5. Continue running
6. Endurance will not regenerate.
Ensure that the buff is properly applied when a player logs in if it was applied when the player logged out (alternatively, don't apply the buff on log in, but I do not believe this is desired behavior either).
Sprinting with endurance regen buff applied until you run out of endurance and continuing to run should still allow for regen of endurance, it does not.
