Monsters that are clearly in view and range are not attackable due to being considered "out of view". Monsters who demonstrated this behavior include but may not be limited to:
-Carrion Eaters west of Cursed Tomb in/around the water
-Rock crabs east of Nalliten in/around the water.
It seemed like the mobs were somehow under water, even though they were on land. They were able to be attacked while in the water with them.
1. Take any character to the carrion eater camp west/south west of Cursed Tomb.
2. Attempt to attack a carrion eater that roams between the water and land.
3. The mob will be "out of view" as long as the player is not in the water.
Monsters that are on land should be attackable while on land. Just because they sometimes roam into/under water does not mean the player should have to be in the water to attack them.
It seems pretty straightforward that this is an issue. I'm not going to spend time finding proof that I should be able to attack a mob that is on land while I am on land, in range, and in full view of the target.
