This belt drops currently for Midgard,- not sure it drops for Albion to, but it should only drop for Hibernia from Summoner Cunovinda and Summoner Lossren.
Actually the Belt dropped by killing Summoner Lossren, so im not sure its in the loottable from Cunovinda to.
1. Kill Summoner Lossren until the belt drops
2. Get Sublime Summoners Sash
3.
Check the Loottable atleast from Lossren and (maybe) Cunovinda.
Set the dropchance for the realms from [all realms/midgard] to [Hibernia] only.
