I noticed that allot of items salvage for tier 9-10 materials and classic zones should not do this. Only SI zones gave tier 9-10 materials in patch 1.65.
I made an excell sheet where i am keeping track of all my findings and wanted to share it with a GM so they can fix the broken items.
1. Level a crafter to 1000 and get all secondaries also to 1000
2. buy the materials in the excell sheet with tier 9-10 materials and salvage them
3. see that u get tier 9-10 materials
Items with tier 9-10 materials should be changed to the correct tier 7 materials and amount
I think it is common knowledge to most people playing since early days that classic zone drops do not salvage for tier 9-10 materials and that these only dropped in SI zones.
I also saw another report where Nayru was quoted saying the same thing
