I was farming greater Boogeys at a slope near Dartmoor entrance and besides that Boogeys are always slower they seemed to be more slow and i didnt know why. so i tested it with other Mobs, who are normally faster than Player, like giant rooter and elder beech... and found the same issue.
1. be a player
2. aggro a mob near a slope or at a slope
3. run up and down the slope and see that Mobs getting slower
im not sure, i dont know the normal behavior, but i think it is a bug because Player dont lose movement Speed so why should Mobs do? i asked few People and nobody can tell me if it is normal, they all say it should be always the same
the only evidence i have, is what i tested and saw on allakhazam that boogeys are about 180 movement Speed, giant rooter about 210 and elder beech 200, i even dont know the movement Speed of Player, but should be about 190... always being faster than boogeys but slower than giant rooter or elder beech, at least a Little bit... but on a Slope they losing Speed, doesnt matter if up or down
