Description

Command: /effects all|group|self|none

The respective in-game option is affected too by this bug.

The command is intended to reduce the spell effects on screen (DX draw calls to reduce load on GPU).

Working:
/effects all
/effects none

Not working:
/effects self
/effects group

Reproduction Steps

For: /effects group
1. Get 3 ppl in total
2. form a 2 man grp; 3rd stays solo
3. enter /effects group
4. solo person should cast a spell

You will see the effects from the solo player still.

For: /effects self
1. get a second person
2. enter /effects self
3. let the 2nd person cast a spell

You will see the effect of him still.

Intended Behavior

The command does affect all effects; player, pet, mobs, RAs, item procs etc.

/effects group
Should limit all effect draw calls to:
- casted by yourself + your group
- casted by enemy/mob on you + your group (after they hit / projectile was shot)

/effects self
Should limit all effect draw calls to:
- any spell from or targeting yourself

Evidence

Only 2 of 4 options are working, while they do on live and did so in the past.
