3768: Cant get Midgard lvl 10 quest "Spat the wild cat"

Description

I cant receive the quest "Spat the Wild Cat" from the NPC Vik in Vale of Mularn with my lvl 10 Skald. Prerequisite to that quest from the same NPC was successfully done before.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a lvl 10 skald
2. Do the quest "Monstrous beast" from Vik in Vale of Mularn
3. Try to receive quest "Spat the Wild Cat" and see that you cant get the quest

Intended Behavior

A lvl 10 char who has done the prerequisite quest "Monstrous beast" should receive the quest from Vik.
