give a parched scroll so i can futher the quest.Run back west to Tir Uphorst and look for Callough (the weapon merchant under the mushroom). Give him the scroll Harkin gave you and follow the conversation.
the parched scroll or the scroll Harkin is not in my invantory.. acording to this website http://camelot.allakhazam.com/quests.html?cquest=233 for me to futher my quest.
