Reproduction Steps

1. Go to loc 10517m55013 in Skona Ravine
2. Kill maybe 100 sidhe gaoite there
3. If the Cap of the Wisenet Dead dropps, right click on the drop in your Inventory
4. Compare with http://camelot.allakhazam.com/item.html?citem=3498
