Epic quest boots for sorc have wrong stats.
They re missing 5 matter dmg
as for the theurgist ones in post #3609
1. find epic boots
2. check stats
3. compare to what it should be
add the 5 matter dmg to the boots and merci beaucoup
Just check on any epic quest boots on sorcs you ll see
