The Cuuldurach hasn't spawned since u introduced it. Hibernia is in desperate need for respec stones, please fix it.
1. Go to Sheeroe Hills
2. Roam around
3. No dragon spawning
Make the dragon spawn, og manual spawn it every day or smth, so we have a chance to get respec stones.
Can't really proof something that is not spawning, but ask any Hibernian and they will tell you the same.
