3838: Porters in Svasud Faste often dont port people

Description

The teleporters in Svasud Faste (Mid) often dont port people. Even after the 2nd port people are often still stuck in Svasud Faste. It has been getting really bad the last week'ish.

Reproduction Steps

1. Go to Svasud Faste.
2. Buy a ticket to fx Emain.
3. Stand on pad and wait for Gothis.

Intended Behavior

Porters should port you when you have necklace on. There is even a 2nd port to make sure people dont forget necklace. But lately Gothis has been lazy porting people.
