Lone Weeping Willow for RM epic not spawning in Myrkwood. I've been camping his hill SE of Gna for awhile now and he's not spawning.
1. Walk up to the Lone Weeping Willow hill SE of Gna Faste.
2. Hang out there and kill weeping willows for awhile.
3. Note that the Lone Weeping Willow never spawns.
Make the Lone Weeping Willow spawn by whatever magic voodoo the developers use to make named NPCs spawn. :)

However, he is not spawning anywhere near this location.
