At step #10 of the quest, one should find Riocard at standing stones near Siabra camp. Found'em at 21300 21400 but Riocard never spawns.
1. Start the Cad Goddeau quest
2. Reach step #10
3. Reach the standing stones near Siabra camp.
Place Riocard near standing stones as stated in the quest.

These stones are to another location, but neither there you can find him.
