As a lvl 26 NS I have specced 24 in envenom, have + 6 in skill (total of 30), and using a lvl 30 poison does not work. Saying "you are too weak to use poison".
I would imagin that the envenom should be able to be fired at lvl 26 even though it is lvl 30 poison, as long as my skill lvl is high enough.
1. make a NS and spec max in envenom.
2. place items with + in envenom
3. see if the + in skill works by executing, a higher lvl poison than you are self, on a mob.
Shoulod be possible to use a poison at skill lvl max instead of character lvl.
Only have for former experience. So i dont have any specific evidence except for the logic.
