Hunter gets Epic Quest Step 50 at lvl 49, but cant fulfill quest due to low lvl. You sholdnt get quests you cannot fulfill.
1. Make Hunter
2. Level to 49 and make all Epic Quest steps
3. Get lvl 50 Epic Quest Step
4. Go and kill Oona (because Journal says so)
5. Don´t get reward because Quest lvl is 50
Quest to kill Oona should be available at lvl 50, not 49
