3899: Spiritmaster Darkness Line lv 9 spell given on lv 8 low prio

Description

While xping my Spiritmaster i noticed at lv 8 on Trainer, that i get the lv 9 skill at lv 8 in Darkness.

Spell is: Shadow Wave (should be lv 9 not 8)

Reproduction Steps

1. create a Spiritmaster to lv 8
2. train all points in Darkness
3. See that you get the Shadow Wave (lv 9 spell) at lv 8 (the tooltip say 8 too, but every Charplaner from 1.65 say its 9 too

Intended Behavior

You should not get anything on lv 8 Darkness, the next Skill are both on lv 9 (Shadow wave + dex/q debuff) just remove the spell from trainer lv 8 to 9
