Dueled a guildie. Both of us level 50. Zealot pet nuked guildie. Guildie received heat debuff. Debuff delves for -15% Heat resist. Guildie checks his character sheet. His resists have dropped from 17% down to 10% only. The debuff only removed 7% of his heat resistances.
1. Summon zealot
2. Duel someone
3. Have pet nuke them and report their resist and the delve value of debuff.
The debuff is suppose to be 15%. Find out why 15% is not being applied to the actual debuff value.

Inside the log, you will find it if you just search for " @@[Guild] Jaro: "now 10%"" where my guildie states what his resists have become. Under that statement he says what his resists were before.
