The guards outside of Dun Scathaig do not roam like they should
1. Make a hib
2. Go to frontiers
3. Run to Dun Scathaig and look at guards
The guards should roam outside of the keep like every other keep in the frontiers.
This has always been the case with keeps in the frontiers. The guards outside of the keep have always roamed around the keep as "scouts"
