Cave trow trollkarl will "hold" initiated cast once mezzed, and the release it as istant cast after de-mezz
1. pull with a ranged damage attack a Cave trow trollkarl in Midgard Spindelhalla dungeon
2. let him start casting the dot on one of the party member, mezz him before it ends casting the dot
3. de-mezz him and see that the cast was not interrupted by the mezz but rather "hold" and then released as instant cast after de-mezz
After mezzing a mob while it is casting, the spell cast should be interrupted
Any spell cast launched either by a mob or a player should be interrupted after applying a mezz condition
