On a healer on midgard if u land a single stun or a root and the mob resist you can see the spell effect like if worked
1. Roll a Healer
2. Try land single stun or root on a mob
3. Ceck when mob resist you can see graphic effects
Normally when mob resist a cast you can see a different effect and not the same as normally work
Just try on live server. Normally when a mob resist the effect / spell you cannot see the cast effects like it worked
