The Item level on the Exeregum stones dropping is grey at 50 [presumably lv0] so setting BG Loot at 35 results in it being autosplit among the group that gets loot rights on dragon instead of going to BG Treasurer
Setting BG Loot to 0 prevents issue with Treasurer looting
(Item is also not set as 'Magical')
1. Create a Battlegroup
2. Set a Treasurer
3. Turn off Autosplit
4. Set BG Loot to 35
5. Have a group excluding Treasurer kill dragon
6. Observe Exeregum [RA] stones not go to Treasurer
7. Also note the stone itself is grey at 50
The item level on Exeregum stones should be 80 and be 'magical' items
No changes to the stones since they were introduced in 1.58 beyond making them consumable
