Bolli in Mularn is not giving me any quest. As a level 34 healer I should get "Young Fire Wyrm Lord" from him.
1. Level 30 or above healer
2. Talk with Bolli in Mularn
3. See if the quest "Young Fire Wyrm Lord" is available
"Young Fire Wyrm Lord" should be available to level 30+ healers
In the quests list of Uthgard, it seems this quest should be implemented
