Description

I received the vest as a reward from the lv 17 Muire Tomb group quest.

Reproduction Steps

1. Advance to 17 find a group then receive the quest from Gogarty Muire.
2. Finish Quest
3. Choose the Quillan's Reinforced Vest as a reward and try to salvage it.

Intended Behavior

Make it be able to be salvaged as with other quest rewards.
