When casting spells on a non-flying mob that is in a different zone than yourself, the mob won't attack back but just sits there and take the pounding.
1. Go to Myrkwood Forest: loc=6530, 505, 4592
2. attack an envy drakeling that is standing in the bordering zone Gotar (NW) with a dd
3. the mob will /face you but not persue
Mob aggro should work even if you are standing in a different zone than the mob.
I haven't noticed this mob behavior anywhere else yet but at the described location above. Either it's linked to this specific mob (envy drakeling) or all on-foot mobs at zone borders.
