When the Cabalist buffs the pet "Tracker Enhancement" wont stack with any other speed buff like minstel is in the group the pet can't catch up with the group.
1. buff the pet with the "tracker Enhancement"
2. get a minstrel in group.
3. try to roam and see if the pet can keep up with the group.
The "Tracker Enhancement" should work as an individual pet buff and not as a speed buff. Too keep up with the group.
I don't have an evidence. But if you try it or ask other spirit speced cabas they can tell you the same if they ever tried.
